Refund policy

We don't accept returns or refunds on any of our items, except in the unlikely event where your item was received in a defective or damaged state.

If that is unfortunately the case, please contact us via our email so we can issue you a refund as soon as possible.

To verify this, you'll be required to attach an image of the damaged item in your email, and the email must also contain the word "refund request" in the title.

Once verified, we'll issue your refund, which can take up to 2 weeks to be refunded to your original payment method.
